This website consists of writings, photographs, and the professional experiences of Joshua. Learn a bit about him below.

Joshua Feingold is a Senior at the University of San Diego (USD) studying in the BA/Masters of International Relations dual degree program. His concentrations are in human development, environmental justice, grassroots activism, special and elementary education, humanitarian aid, anti-corruption, and international law. He is also a contributor for USD’s newspaper, the USD Vista. He loves learning about world culture and studies linguistics and music.
Joshua is currently an ambassador for CEA CAPA, a study abroad program partnering with universities in 22 locations around the world. He was also an intern at TurnUp, where he advocates for greater youth voter turnout alongside hundreds of other youth advocates.
At USD he was an Associated Student Government Senator-At-Large where he focused on student accessibility and expanding the powers of club sports. He was the Vice President of STEM Outreach Club where he taught underprivileged children and those with autism about science in afterschool programs. He expanded club membership by 40% and recruited two future E-Board members.
He was a Scholastic Assistant during his Sophomore year, acting as a mentor for first year students. His sophomore year he also volunteered for Southeast San Diego tutoring where he was a teacher's assistant for a first grade class in Barrio Logan. Joshua was a student worker at USD where he assisted in Learning Module System design for Adult Education and Graduate courses. He values the community that comes with sport and was a member of the 4x National Championship USD Men's Rugby Club.
Joshua studied at the Anglo-American University in Prague for the Spring 2024 semester where he studied the dissolution of the Soviet Union, diplomacy, and Central European history.
Outside of academia, Joshua carries experience in healthcare, restaurants, manual labor, customer service, and is a certified personal trainer. He enjoys reading and playing guitar with friends.
In the future he will pursue further education with interest in non-profit work and humanitarian law. He is currently applying to Masters and Law programs.
